Food Support
As part of our Love Your Neighbour ministry, we seek to meet the very practical needs of people in Portsmouth experiencing poverty and isolation, through the provision of hot meals, emergency food & hygiene parcels, and opportunities for community connection.
We offer the following weekly events at our All Saints Church location:

Safe Harbour Community Meal
Mondays from 5:30pm – 6:30 pm – All Saints Church
we serve a two-course, seated meal for up to 100 guests in a warm, welcoming, restaurant-style environment, offering dignity, hospitality, and a sense of community. Alongside the meal, our volunteer team offer guests a listening ear, prayer (where appropriate), and support through signposting them to other Harbour services or local organisations that can meet their wider needs.
Following the meal, we host an informal service for guests who wish to explore the Christian faith or deepen their relationship with Jesus. Facilitated by a dedicated team, the session includes worship, Bible study, discussion, and prayer in a supportive environment.
Food Bank & Community Cafe
Tuesdays from 11am – 12pm – All Saints Church
We provide emergency food & hygiene parcels to clients who have been issued with a food bank e-voucher by an authorised referral agency. Alongside the food bank, we run a free Community Café, where anyone in need of a light lunch, a warm welcome, or social connection is invited to attend. Our volunteers are available to offer a listening ear, prayer (where appropriate) and practical support through signposting and referrals to other services such as pre-loved clothing charities and baby bank. We also work alongside partner organisations, who attend the Food Bank to provide specialist advice and support, helping clients address the wider issues contributing to poverty and hardship.
Please also see our Specialist Support page for more details on services available.

Saturday Breakfast
Saturdays from 10am – 11am – All Saints Church
We provide bacon rolls and hot drinks to anyone in the parish seeking food, friendship, and community connection. On the second Saturday of each month (subject to availability), we serve a full cooked English breakfast, creating an opportunity for people to enjoy a hearty meal and build relationships in a welcoming environment.

You will receive a warm welcome from our team of volunteers who host, cook meals, serve and support the community every week. Any person or family in need of food can access our services (no booking required):
