Love Your Neighbour
Our vision is to see our city transformed by demonstrating the love of Jesus through supporting people in Portsmouth who are facing hardship and multiple disadvantages.
Food Support
As part of our Love Your Neighbour ministry, we seek to meet the very practical needs of people in Portsmouth experiencing poverty and isolation, through the provision of hot meals, emergency food & hygiene parcels, and opportunities for community connection. We offer the following weekly events at our All Saints Church location:
Safe Harbour Community Meal - Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Saturday Breakfast - Saturdays 10am-11am
Food Bank & Community Café - Tuesdays 11am-12pm
Women's Support
As part of our Love Your Neighbour ministry, we have a heart to support women who have experienced, or are experiencing, exploitation, gender-based abuse, or other significant adverse life experiences. Harbour Church works in partnership with a number of local organisations to ensuring affected women receive compassionate and holistic care.
Pastoral Support
Our vision is to see everyone come to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and become part of the Church community. We are committed to offering pastoral care, encouragement, prayer, and opportunities for people to explore the Christian faith in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Specialist Support
Through our Love Your Neighbour ministry, we seek not only to meet people’s immediate needs but also to support them in moving beyond crisis and beginning a journey towards addressing the underlying causes of the challenges they face. By providing access to additional support and specialist services at the point of need, we aim to remove barriers, empower individuals, and help them build greater stability, resilience, and hope for the future. In working alongside our partners and local community, we believe we are playing our part in the transformation of lives and society through the practical demonstration of the love of Jesus.
