Love Your Neighbour
Our Love Your Neighbour food services are focussed on supporting the very practical needs of people in Portsmouth through the provision of food, toiletries, and hot meals.
If you are in need of an emergency food parcel, you will require an e-voucher. Please click the link below
You will receive a warm welcome from our team of volunteers who host, cook meals, serve and support the community every week. Any person or family in need of food can access our services (no booking required):
Safe Harbour community meal –Mondays 5.30pm-6.30pm
Harbour Church Food Bank and free cafe – Tuesdays 11am-12pm (ID and voucher required for food bank parcels)
Saturday Breakfast – Saturdays 10am-12pm

As well as food we provide hygiene items such toiletries, feminine sanitary items and baby products. We can make referrals to Portsmouth Baby Bank and Kids Clothes Line for families in need of children’s clothing and baby items. We hold a small stock of warm clothing and sleeping bags for adults in need. Representatives from Advice Portsmouth and other support agencies regularly attend our Food Bank sessions to offer support and advice to clients.
